Top rear of the receiver is marked "RUGER/ AC-556/ CAL. .223", with the S# and Ruger's mfg. information marked on the left. 3-position selector is marked "1", "3", and "A". Metal components exhibit a dull blue finish overall. 1-piece plain wood stock with black synthetic ventilated handguard, checkered black synthetic pistol grip, and blued steel side-folding buttstock. Fixed blade front sight with adj. aperture rear sight. MAGS: x1 unmarked blued steel 20-rd. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: factory box matching via "12631" in pen on the end label. CONDITION: excellent, with metal components retaining bountiful amounts of their original factory blue finish, showing a few superficial handling marks overall, with a small spot of silvering present on the rear of the stock assembly from folding/unfolding. Brilliant mirror bore, retaining well defined rifling throughout. Proper manual mechanics. Wood stock shows some light superficial marks from handling and storage, but otherwise remains very good overall. PROVENANCE: Military Museum Collection of Shooters Outpost, Hooksett NH.
